The Association of Work Equipment and Substances used is involved in the process and highlights the electrostatic risk. It's up to all those involved in the industrial chain to make the most of the information needed to improve prevention, starting with designers and ending with users. Obligations do exist, the most important of which are set out in the French Labor Code. Its very name evokes social relations and the measures taken to maintain them between employers and employees
