3.1 Form of single document

KEY FACTS

The results of the risk assessment must be transcribed onto a single medium, which may be written or digital.

For reasons of consistency, convenience and traceability, the results of a risk assessment must be compiled in a single document. No standard model has been laid down in the regulations, so the employer can use any type of medium to transcribe the results of his risk assessment. The document can be written and/or digital, and the employer can choose the medium that best suits his or her needs.
