2. Other psychosocial risks: violence and malaise

For the Bilbao agency , the term "psychosocial risks" (PSR) refers to situations involving the risk of :

  • stress ;

  • external violence (from people outside the company) ;

  • internal violence (i.e. violence between employees in the same workplace), including moral and sexual harassment.

However, PSRs are not limited to these three areas; malaise at work or suffering are also components.
