2. General structure of the MOSAR method

2.1 The two modules and ten steps

The method is built around two visions, hence the two modules that make it up (figure 2 ):

  • a macroscopic vision, leading to module A, which consists in carrying out an analysis of proximity risks, or main safety analysis. It is because the elements that make up the installation (storage, machines, production lines, operators) are in close proximity to one another that risks appear, often major ones.
