2.1 Organization management
Management and the organization's governance bodies are hazards, because these functions – and the people who occupy them – are an integral part of the organization's resources. What's more, management is both a human resource – which, as such, can be both a source of risk and an object of risk – and an intangible resource, since it is from management that communication is born, enabling human, material and financial resources to be orchestrated with the aim of achieving the organization's fundamental objectives, which are themselves set by its management.
