12. Conclusion

Controlling the export of Dual-Use Goods (DUGs) is a decisive factor in the activity and operation of an exporting company, given its impact on product development and commercial action, and the need to control it properly in view of the legal and financial risks associated with ignorance or misapplication of the regulations.

The latter is constantly evolving, both in terms of the list of controlled products and the authorization and transfer procedures, which are regularly revised.
