2. Cooling system

The function of the cooling system is to maintain the temperature of the carcass, cavities and drawers at the chosen temperature. In particular, regulation of the cavity wall temperature is a key control parameter (see [ AM 3673 ]).

Heat transfer between the injected material and the control circuit depends on the thermal conductivity of the steel, the dimensioning and positioning of the circuits, and the flow properties of the cooling fluid.
