4. Industrial presentations of glass-fibre reinforcements
The aim of this section is to describe the different types of glass fiber reinforcements (presentations) available on the market (figure 7 ), to specify the main uses of each, and to provide the technical information needed to define them exactly and, where available, their standardized designations.
On this basis, and by also referring to the specialized files in the Reinforcements section of this treatise, the reader has all the information needed to choose the most appropriate reinforcement for a given application.
