The area between atomic and macroscopic dimensions, i.e. between 1 nm and 0.1 µm.
Dynamique moléculaire; molecular dynamics
By integrating the equations of motion, this computer technique brings to life the atoms (particles) that interact with each other, using a force field.
DPD; Dissipative Particle Dynamics
DPD is a simulation method that combines conservative, dissipative and random forces to animate particles.
