3. Homogenization schemes and formulas
This section presents homogenization schemes and models for the following materials
loaded or reinforced with spherical inclusions;
fiber-reinforced ;
reinforced by sheets ;
honeycomb polymers (homogeneous, isotropic matrix with pores).
In reality, the first type of material is not very widespread, but theories on spherical inclusions are numerous and varied. On the other hand, the second type of material is widely used, while the theory on this type of reinforcement is more limited.
