centrifugal deposition; spin-coating
A technique for depositing thin, uniform layers of a few tens of nanometers onto the flat surface of a substrate. The latter is held by vacuum on a turntable rotating at constant high speed, to spread the deposited material evenly by centrifugal force. This method is commonly referred to as spin deposition.
semi-conducteur organique; organic semiconductor
π-conjugated compound. By analogy with inorganic semiconductors, it has a band gap, can be doped and conducts electrons and/or holes.
