This report presents LATECOERE's creation of a new digitalized, automated and connected production site dedicated to the production of elementary aeronautical parts. It describes the project, the solutions implemented and the areas of transformation for the introduction of innovative processes, the digitization of design and production via a 3D model, and the integration of sustainable development aspects.
