3. Review and outlook

3.1 Positives

The implementation of a frugal information system enabled us to get up and running very quickly, and to provide our customers' corporate departments with documents compatible with their own information systems, as well as all the legal elements. The system is sufficiently polymorphic to tolerate numerous usage adaptations. For example, legal documents such as the "document unique" are managed by the system. We were surprised by the responsiveness and relevance of the user forums, in which the developers of the open-source tools are very effective in resolving problems.

Few user difficulties have been encountered, even on a computer park where Windows, Mac, Android, IOS and Linux/Ubuntu systems cohabit.
