2. Methodological principles of the 2011 survey
The self-administered questionnaire for the 2011 edition of the Observatoire de l'intranet, produced by Cabinet Arctus, was freely available on the Internet from January 4 to April 4, 2011. As in previous years, the survey was promoted by means of a communication addressed to intranet professionals, as well as to companies that respond to the survey every year, and to partner associations such as ClubNet (Association des responsables de l'intranet), AFCI (Association Française de Communication Interne) and Communication et Entreprise (association des responsables de communication d'entreprise).
