2. Method for a systemic approach to risk analysis

To compensate for the lack of cross-functionality in existing methods, we propose a new method for a global approach to corporate risk analysis. The proposed approach is inspired by the systemic organized risk analysis method [31] and the system malfunction analysis model [26] for the technical part of risk analysis, notably through the use of the hazard process model. This method also integrates the study of organizational and social malfunctions sought by cindynics [27] .
