What is state of mind?
In the workplace, much that cannot be grasped but is present, such as atmosphere, attitudes, knowledge sharing, perceived trust, etc., influences the economic result. These terms, to which we can add state of mind, mental disposition, culture and communication practices, are used to designate the intangible that motivates and de-motivates, and which is at the heart of the concerns of true leaders and project managers. Our reflection shows us that behaviors are a reflection of the state of mind, the global term we have chosen for this article, modulated by individual behavioral preferences, identified by Galen and then reworked by C.G.
