4. Towards the notion of a repository

There are several reasons why it is so difficult to formalize a reference framework for Internet professions:

  • the disparity in the use of digital and Internet technologies from one work organization to another, due to differences in the way strategic issues, internal culture and managerial approaches are taken into account;
