4. General conclusion

We are now in a position to set out in full the issues facing every organizer.

First of all, in the diachronic analysis, we saw how the increasing complexity of an organization makes it possible to manage the actions of operational levels more effectively, by centralizing strategic definition operations at functional levels.

But, as we have seen, this increase in complexity is automatically accompanied by a loss of efficiency.

As a result, the management of most organizations is in a state of flux, with short-term profitability the first priority, only to be faced with long-term survival problems if they fail to sustain their founding values: a water company is not necessarily equipped to manage film production.
