3. Conducting interviews
To obtain the data, it is necessary to prepare interviews with the players concerned. Reports on existing tools (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 31000, SA 8000, DPE, etc.) can also be used to support the diagnosis.
The people we meet must be representative of all the organization's activities and services, so that we can obtain detailed information and make the most accurate assessment possible.
