3. Approach and objectives
Our approach puts the actor/author back at the heart of the process. Indeed, one of the particularities of our method is to consider designers as active and knowledgeable subjects with a particular vision of the world. This vision is shaped not only by their reference know-how, but also by their singular experience.
This philosophy circumvents the natural tendency to see reality as independent of the observer, and to believe that it is accessible from a single, objective angle.
The other distinctive feature of the method is that it focuses on interaction between individuals, between objects and projects, and on the resulting products. The creation of a group dynamic is based on a project driven by the authors and members of a community to which they belong.
