3. Decision analysis implementation process

The modeling approach proposed by decision analysis enables us to design, model and analyze an organization, taking into account both its structural and dynamic aspects.

Generally speaking, the modeling approach is based on the following steps:

1 – Design or modeling :

1.1 – identification of significant activities and processes specific to the organization ;

1.2 – Explanation of the operational hierarchy of activities with, for each activity :

1.2.1 – identify external objectives and formalize associated know-how,

1.2.2 – defining management indicators and building the dashboard ;
