Overview
ABSTRACT
Today, major corporations, industries and companies and private research laboratories face real and intangible competition, equal to that of the States. Within this civilization of knowledge, searching and finding relevant information, knowing how to treat it and disseminate it appropriately, mastering it and anticipating it, are the main priorities of economic actors. Achieving these objectives naturally implies economic intelligence finds its domain applications here, and the policy of competiveness and economic security is the political will of the government.

INTRODUCTION
Today, large corporations, industries, companies and, of course, public and private research laboratories are all part of a global competition, just like territories and states. The economic environment is both real and immaterial. The globalization of trade, the movement of people and the diversity of information systems mean that any player can be vulnerable.
In this knowledge-based civilization, seeking and finding relevant information, knowing how to process and disseminate it wisely, mastering it and anticipating it are the priorities of economic players. This naturally implies that business intelligence has its areas of application. It helps you to be highly responsive to competitors, and to enhance the value of your own production while taking into account the constant evolution of technologies, markets, regulations and competition. Business intelligence initiatives need to be welcomed as widely as possible, to support all French economic players in general, and those in competitiveness clusters in particular. The latter bring together the skills of manufacturers, SMI-SMEs, institutions and academics in a given region, with the active support of the region and the State.
Particularly in our country, it is vital that information circulates between the public and private domains. The policy of competitiveness and economic security must therefore be the political will of the government, and all operational means must be deployed for its implementation and success.
