1. People at the heart of the system
Although we're talking about the integration of new tools based on the emerging technologies of virtual and augmented reality, people remain at the heart of the training, co-creation and design processes.
When we talk about the users of these technologies for the ideation and design process, we're not just talking about a few specialists. This is because they add interactivity, making complex processes easier to understand by showing potentially invisible elements (air, particle and energy flows).
In this way, it is possible to include all stakeholders, whether they are part of the restricted design team, or the wider project (decision-makers, communicators, financial and marketing departments), as well as the end-user, who is no longer a simple resource mobilized at the end of the project, but a full-fledged player in it.
