6. Technical process management

Many of the articles in this treatise "L'entreprise industrielle" are devoted to this subject, and it is impossible to quote them all here. The sole purpose of this booklet is to point out that technical management is often inseparable from project management, even in its presentation. These processes are discussed here only as a reminder.

ISO 10006 does not deal with the management of technical processes, as it is impossible to lay down general rules in this field. The state of the art varies from one sector of activity to another, and in some, several methods can be used with equal chances of success.
