4.1 Mission of the Labour Inspectorate
Reorganized in 1892 to monitor the application of the first regulations on health, safety and child protection, the role and remit of the Labor Inspectorate has expanded and diversified with the development of labor law.
In addition to its initial control function, the company now also performs arbitration, conciliation and advisory functions.
His missions now cover all areas of industrial relations, giving him a global view of the company's operations.
