3. How?

The steps common to all effective feedback processes are :

  • detection and collection of events, situations and processes requiring further investigation ;

  • analysis of these cases: description and explanation of the scenario ;

  • information reconciliation and storage ;

  • use of information stock.

There are many different ways of describing a feedback organization. Each system has its own characteristics, and feedback will be all the more effective if it is adapted to it. Nevertheless, these stages are always present, in varying proportions.
