Contractual documents
If one or more provisions of the Agreement are declared invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, they shall be deemed deleted and the other provisions shall remain in force. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties shall negotiate without delay in order to agree on mutually satisfactory terms for new provisions to replace those declared invalid or unenforceable.
