4.1 Implementation framework

The increase in the urban population automatically leads to more trade. In addition, product marketing principles based on downstream management are leading to a fragmentation of shipments. Add to these realities the revitalization of city centers in recent years (which has been a priority for all political decision-makers), and the result is an increase in the flow of goods.
