4. Analysis and progress tools
Now that the principles and concepts have been established, this section sets out the tools that will enable us to put them into practice. These tools need to be simple if they are to be shared by everyone, and especially by field teams. Many of them make use of visual aids to facilitate this sharing, and to enable difficulties to be quickly identified and progress noted.
4.1 Quality pillar tools
The first tools presented: 5M, 5Why and PDCA are part of the Quality tools, but they are not specialized and are also used to deal with other problems that may arise.
