The lack of visibility and of a short- and medium-term strategy having been identified above as two main sources of risk for Samixco's Supply Chain, it is essential, as a first step, to set up a strategic analysis process. The establishment of an SOP process, the workload plan and the development of Supply Chain dashboards are commented on in the following points, along with the expected results of these initial actions.
