2. Making logistics traceability a reality: methodological elements

The aim of this second part is to move from an "ideal" vision of a logistics traceability system to a "practicable" one, by defining the key stages in the process and identifying the main questions to be asked. In view of what was said in paragraph 1, we will refer to traceability and logistical traceability interchangeably in this second part, considering that logistical traceability is a good basis for a "general" traceability system, and that the principles for developing a logistical traceability system apply to the "general" traceability system.
