2. How do you approach the subject of traceability?

Traceability is a cross-disciplinary concept. As a result, the "classic" sectoral approach would have proved ineffective, as would a technical or disciplinary approach, since traceability is neither a technique nor a discipline. We therefore proceeded in the same way as for quality assurance or any other cross-functional concept, i.e. by taking a systemic approach to the concept, crossed with a breakdown of the company's functional components.
