6. ISO 12931 standard
The ISO 12931 standard defines the performance criteria that will enable the rightful owner to position its level of requirements with regard to the offer. For suppliers, it is a means of presenting their offer in relation to recognized references.
In spirit and form, ISO 12931 is technology-neutral. The criteria defined apply in whole or in part to different solutions, but the general model is common.
ISO 12931 is an objectives-based standard, not a means-based one.
It defines performance criteria for :
