4. What ethics for robots?

Some thoughts on the design and use of robots, particularly when they are equipped with the ability to calculate decisions – including decisions that could be considered "ethical", when they imitate the living, or when they are intended to modify human physical capabilities. The aim is not to provide judgments or answers on what should or shouldn't be done with robotics, but rather to raise ethical questions about the robot object and its place in society.
