Development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
Gaz à effet de serre; greenhouse gas
Natural or anthropogenic gaseous constituent of the atmosphere, which absorbs and emits radiation of a specific length in the infrared radiation spectrum emitted by the Earth's surface, atmosphere and clouds, according to the standard NF ISO 14064-1 .
