The audit report is just a snapshot of a situation at a given moment.

To obtain SA8000 certification, you need to demonstrate that your management system is flawless.

A single major non-conformity stops the certification process.

If the company is unable to obtain, or worse, maintain its social certification, the impact on its business is likely to be very significant: dissatisfaction of major customers, mistrust of its ability to be compliant, to be transparent and, in the extreme, to lose its market share and therefore no longer exist.

If the company is able to obtain or maintain SA8000 certification, it will generate greater confidence on the part of its industrial and economic partners. At the very least, the organization is expected to maintain its market share.
