2. In-depth diagnosis

The in-depth diagnosis, followed by a detailed risk assessment, if required, enables us to assess the level of risk generated by the site under study, taking into account its intended use and environment.

This assessment will be the basis for the decision to be taken to define treatment and rehabilitation scenarios, so that the site no longer represents a threat to man or the environment.

Soil survey methodology for industrial sites is relatively similar to that for landfills, and reference can be made to the Techniques de l'Ingénieur publications on the subject of "soil surveys"
