2. Diagnostic study of aqueous pollution emissions

The basic principle is that the actual purification of wastewater emitted by an industrial plant should only be envisaged following a process in which the first steps are to intervene in the plant itself, to seek by all means to reduce the pollutant flow, and then to rationally collect and dispose of the wastewater to be treated.

The study of its consistency will be divided into several parts, the practical implementation of which will follow a certain chronology.

2.1 Preliminary investigation

Any study concerning the possibilities of treating waste effluent from a plant must be preceded by a thorough investigation, the aim of which is to specify the elements necessary for a good understanding of the plant's pollution:
