4.1 Simplification of taxonomy and literature review of ecodesign tools

The literature search was organized so as to cover the field of ecodesign from the point of view of the company's three operations: production, environmental management and environmental communication. As each operation works more or less with its own literature and databases, data collection was organized accordingly.

The documentary research was carried out in three stages:

1. Examination of databases, journals, conference proceedings, books, doctoral theses, official texts, websites, etc., to find EO references. The keywords used were: ecological design, eco-design, environmental assessment, environmental communication, environmental design, ecological product...
