When a mode of transport is chosen, the user finds himself within an organization where customer centricity prevails. This terminology describes a company that places the customer at the heart of its strategic objectives, with the aim of building customer loyalty.
Figure 8 shows the organization that needs to be put in place around the driver of an electric vehicle. The concentric circles successively contain the uses, distances and journeys, destinations and services required.
