4. Conclusion
Defining mobility in direct relation to self-transformation and the ability of a subject to become the actor of his or her choices gives value to actions aimed at decarbonization but also sobriety, in the knowledge that these actions are strongly constrained by ongoing climate change. The lack of meaning in many professions, with recruitment difficulties and resignations, combined with employees' aspirations, means that companies are expected to react. To do so, they need to get to grips with this issue and make it part of their plans to develop forms of mobility that go beyond transport and travel, thus broadening the spectrum of possible actions.
