2.1 Project management
Each CSR approach is specific to the company, depending on its activities, location, history, culture and values. As a result, there is no single optimal organization for integrating CSR. However, the method is based on project management, conducted according to the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) continuous improvement approach .
