5. FBD language

Functional Block Diagram (FBD) is a graphical language. It allows you to build complex procedures from existing functions in the standard library, or from the functions or function blocks section.

5.1 FBD diagram format

The FBD diagram describes a function between input and output variables. A function is described as a network of elementary blocks. Input and output variables are connected to the blocks by link arcs. An output of one block can also be connected to an input of another block.
