11. Summary and outlook

Today's results show that neural structures can be used as a problem-solving approach. The experience gained from these examples will help reduce the cost of designing new neural network systems.

The use of this technology in basic automation considerably improves performance and ensures optimum process control.

In the future, other applications in the field of automation will be addressed, and neural network implementation tools that enable applications to be realized in a transparent, user-friendly way will continue to develop.
