2. Instrumentation for GC-MS/MS coupling

The instruments used for GC-MS/MS coupling have already been described in the Mass Spectrometry article [P 2 647] . Consequently, their modes of operation are only briefly discussed here. They are described for their features compatible with the GC-MS/MS concept.
