2.1 Smooth plate fracture
We will study a laminated composite plate with holes in tension, the dimensions of which are given in figure 10 . We will assume that the material is the unidirectional carbon/epoxy T700/M21 mentioned above, with a thickness per ply of 0.25 mm, whose elastic characteristics are given in equation (5) and whose fracture characteristics are given in equation
