Inverse kinematics (IK)

A technique for calculating the joint angles of a mannequin from the positions (and orientations) of end organs such as hands, feet and head described in Cartesian space.

Mannequin n e centile (n th percentile manikin )

Mannequin intended to represent the most representative person with an anthropometric dimension (often stature) less than n% of the target population.
