4.1 AI tools

By 2030, AI tools will have their place in all digital biomedical applications. The dynamics of physiological, biological and societal phenomena related to an individual are frequently the subject of mathematical modeling. This modeling enables the variables in the model to be observed by suitable sensors, and also the model parameters, which are the characteristics of the individual being observed, to be estimated.

When this estimation is difficult, due to the genetic and/or social heterogeneity of the individuals observed, and if there are large numbers of them, artificial intelligence, using supervised or unsupervised classification tools, can group individuals into classes in which the parameters have similar values, generally distributed...
