4. Software platforms for groups

4.1 Presentation

A large number of speakers propose the deployment of exchange or group work activities supported by the use of boards, post-its and felt-tip pens, or even games. These so-called "low-tech" approaches have proved their worth, and can be adapted to certain activities, as well as to specific organizational and human contexts.

However, the use of software tools is becoming increasingly common. These can be platforms to support face-to-face group activities, whether for face-to-face exchanges or joint work at events or digital workshops, or as part of corporate social networks in a context of invidualization and networking of professionals. These two types of platform are presented below, with a particular focus on the former.
