3. Review and outlook
The assessment was mainly based on a survey and interviews with the chief accountants. In particular, the latter were asked to indicate how they perceived and appreciated the communication and training provided. A comprehensive survey was not requested.
3.1 Positives
In fact, it is not yet possible to present the financial benefits achieved through the European implementation of Concur. These are expected at a later date. Nevertheless, it is possible to highlight the positive aspects of the project.
In fact, the project achieved stakeholder satisfaction on time and on budget. For example, the project's sponsor –, the vice-president of finance –, was very satisfied with the project and with the adoption achieved by the various users. This...
